Jack Napier . . . according to Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, he's a two-bit hood associated with Chuckie Sol and company . He also later becomes The Joker.

Another bad photo on my part. The flash was so bright on this photo that I had to use Photoshop's lighting effects to make his face visible at all. |
I believe I first saw this one at Iron Cow Productions as well as Scarecrow II. He's made completely from a Machine Gun Joker. The brim of the hat was cut down and the center of the hat resculpted a bit. The face was resculpted with Sculpey as well as adding the tie and some of the vest. New picture soon! |
