Captain Paragon is made from a Blue Superman. The hair was cut a bit with the X-Acto and some Sculpy added to the back and to make the little flip of hair covering the left eye. The roll of the cape was a piece of rounded elastic superglued in place and painted. The boot cuffs were also sculpted from SuperSculpy.

I used Citadel Colour paints (water-based) and white SuperSculpy. The sealer coat is Testor's Gloss Coat. The details are all painted free-hand.
