The Scarlet Scorpion, was made from a Total Justice Batman head and a Total Justice Superman body. I merely cut the ears off of Batsy and swapped the heads. The rest, as they say, was "merely" a paint job.

I used Citadel Colour paints (water-based). The details are all painted free-hand.
