A shot of Morna Linn with the pump turned off. Unfortunately, I was never able to get a picture of this magnificent sculpture when the waterfall was working. Bad timing on my part -- to never have the camera with me when it was on.
This picture was taken from the western segment of the park before actually crossing into the park proper.
This shot was taken from the bridge on the way into the park. Originally there was no pond on this piece of land -- this was a man-made pond specifically built to house Morna Linn.
Linn is Irish (Gaeilge) for pool or pond. A very loose interpretation of Morna Linn would be something like tiny pond, I believe.
